Job Description

As a Senior Engineer, Machine Learning Engineering for Operational Intelligence Program within Mastercard's Business & Market Insights group, you will be responsible for developing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing AI/ML solutions. Your role will involve executing the strategic vision for machine learning projects, staying updated on the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies, and collaborating with business partners on product definition and roadmaps. Additionally, you will drive scalability, security, and performance across software solutions, foster a culture of innovation, mentor global team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute strategic vision for machine learning projects and initiatives within the program - Stay updated on advancements in ML and AI technologies, research on upcoming technologies, and provide recommendations - Collaborate with business partners on product definition, roadmaps, and business case development - Drive scalability, security, and performance across software solutions and platforms - Drive next-gen technology innovation to enhance product value proposition and improve customer experience - Mentor global team members to ensure development of robust, high-quality, and scalable software - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning - Deliver on any other organizational assignments and responsibilities assigned from time to time **Qualifications Required:** - Masters/bachelors degree in computer science or engineering - Considerable work experience with a proven track record of successfully building complex projects/products - Advanced-level hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java/Python/SQL - Experience with data visualization tools and cloud computing services related to data processing and storage - High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation This role at Mastercard comes with the responsibility of maintaining corporate security by abiding by security policies and practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, reporting any suspected security violations, breaches, and completing all mandatory security trainings in accordance with guidelines.,
