Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer – Injection Moulding, located in Palghar. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the injection moulding process, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring the production of high-quality moulded components. Duties include monitoring the moulding machines, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing production processes, leading a team of operators, and collaborating with the design and development teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Injection Moulding processes and technology
• Strong knowledge of Mould Design and Development
• Ability to Troubleshoot and Solve Technical Issues
• Leadership skills to manage and guide a team of operators
• Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Assurance procedures
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience within the manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
