Senior Engineer - Industrial Product Design

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Model Simplification of Tower Cranes (both solid & surface Models)
• Definition of surface structures/models (colour, logos, textures)
• Combination/interface logic of configurable 3D components
• Spatial imagination
• Interest and initiative to understand cranes and to learn about them
• Very accurate and precise working method
• Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering outputs in accordance with established schedules.
• Co-ordination with Cross Functional Team as per the requirement of Project
• Work according to design codes and software tools assigned
  

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Mechanical)
  

Experience:

• Industry exposure of 6-9 years, preferably in industrial products industry
• Experience of CAD skills (Creo-Modelling), model formats (.stp, glTF, dxf) and “Software Blender” for final model creation
  

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• High affinity for construction / design of steelwork / mechanical parts as well as creating drawings and Bill of Material
• Strong engineering basic knowledge of GD & T, Fabrication & Welding process
• Problem Solving: Ability to work cooperatively through issues
• Structured, solution-oriented and analytical approach towards job
• Target-oriented, independent & flexible way of working with teamwork
• Fluent English spoken and written language skills
