Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3 7 years of SOC or cybersecurity experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; certifications such as Security+, CEH, or ISO 27001 Implementer are preferred.
Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across manufacturing networks, IT systems, and production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Conduct threat analysis and vulnerability assessments on both IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems, identifying potential risks to production lines, machinery, and connected devices.
Manage and maintain security tools, firewalls, and monitoring platforms to protect sensitive design data, production systems, and supplier information.
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations for new cybersecurity solutions suitable for manufacturing environments, including testing integration with industrial control systems (ICS).
Oversee software and security license management across enterprise and plant systems, ensuring compliance with vendor terms, renewals, and corporate standards.
Support ISO 27001 implementation by preparing and maintaining documentation aligned with manufacturing quality and information security processes.
Assist in internal and external audits related to IT/OT security, ensuring compliance with both ISO 27001 and industry-specific standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
Collaborate with IT, plant operations, and engineering teams to raise cybersecurity awareness and ensure secure practices in production and maintenance activities.
Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, particularly those targeting industrial and supply chain systems, and recommend proactive defense measures.
