Senior Engineer (Civil)

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to uphold the highest standards of work will also be a crucial aspect of your role. You will prepare Bills of Quantities and conduct comprehensive cost analyses to ensure adherence to the budget. Efficiently managing and allocating manpower resources to optimize project efficiency will be essential. Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems for accurate and timely reporting of project progress, cash flow, and other key metrics will be part of your responsibilities. Creating detailed plans and schedules to guarantee seamless project execution will also be a key focus. You will need to prepare and submit progress reports in compliance with RERA requirements, as well as provide expert third-party supervision for construction and interior projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Regular reporting on site progress, including highlighting any issues or delays, will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you must possess an in-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and quantitative techniques. Strong coordination skills are essential to effectively manage various project stakeholders and activities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required. You should be able to generate detailed and accurate site progress reports, and expertise in quantity estimation, including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), will be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. A minimum of 3 years of total work experience is required. The work location is in person.,
