SENIOR ENGINEER - CIVIL , ( KHARAGPUR PROJECT)

Leading and managing civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and supervising & mentoring junior engineers. • Project Management:

Leading and managing civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.

• Design and Planning:

Developing detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.

• Compliance:

Ensuring all projects comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Coordination:

Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.

• Mentorship:

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

• Site Supervision:

Conducting site inspections and overseeing project progress to ensure quality and adherence to plans.

• Reporting:

Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any engineering or construction-related issues that arise.
