1. Domain of activities :
Sutainability and Energy, Buildings
2. Typical projects for which the person would be mobilized :
- Energy and thermal simulation of buildings
- Building physics (energy, daylighting, acoustics)
- Green buildigs certifications (LEED / BREEAM / Minergie )
3. Education (degree) / experience :
Master degree in building physics or energetics, min 10 years of experience in the domain of activities.
4. Role / tasks of the person :
- Support the WSP Switzerland team in the projects related to the domain of activities
- Perform simulations / calculations of energy balance in buildings.
- Produce reports in relation to the building certifications
- Perform embodied carbon calculations (One Click LCA)
- Liaise on a daily basis with the WSP Switzerland team.
- Team work
5. Required skills / tools (specific softwares) :
- Good knowledge and experience of green buildings certifications (LEED / BREEAM / Minergie )
- Willingness to learn country specific norms and certifications (specificaly the ones that are in use in Switzerland)
- Good knowledge of Fluent (CFD code) and IES-VE, Design Builder, Rhino, Lady Bug (Energy simulations)
- Revit (for the geometry and data extraction)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in working with countries outside India.
- Microsoft tools.
