Work Description: As a Firmware Engineer, you are expected to execute all aspects of electronics development on our robot. Your everyday activities would include: system/sub-system architecture level decisions, control algorithm development, inter-module communication architecture design & development, overall firmware programming, deployment on hardware & testing and production scale-up. Skills / Requirements: Experience Requirements: Bachelors / Masters in Electronics Engineering or equivalent (ECE / EEE / EIE / Mechatronics) >2 years of relevant work experience Technical skill Requirements: Firmware development experience: Good proficiency in firmware development, based on C Strong experience using IDEs, debuggers and other tools from one or more popular microcontroller vendors Ability to write well architected, modular, documented code Strong debugging skills Proficiency in LabVIEW / MATLAB / VHDL is a big plus Good understanding of control systems is a big plus Circuit design skills: (Nice to have) Good understanding & experience of designing sub-sections of boards like power supply management, micro-controller subsystems, ADC/DAC circuits, protection circuits, isolation circuits etc. Extensive knowledge of various electronic components available in the market. Good understanding of signal integrity, reliability, grounding, and isolation guidelines. Good understanding of various figures of merit (specifications) in datasheets Good understanding of all basic circuit configurations: Voltage divider, Pull-up / Pull-down circuits, Inverting / Non-inverting amplifier, RC / LC filters, MOSFET based switches, AC coupling techniques, Biasing techniques, Buck / Boost converters etc. Excellent proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools. We re looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive the commercial success of Perceptyne s robotic platform and AI solutions. This role blends strategic business development , technical understanding , and relationship leadership to build a scalable customer base across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, research, defense, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an emerging technology space, can communicate technical value fluently, and is driven to shape the commercial front of India s most innovative robotics startup. The role involves travel to customer /prospect locations in India. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution o Work closely with the founders to develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies for Perceptyne s robotic systems and solutions. o Identify and qualify high-potential customers across industries (Automotive, EMS, Semiconductor, Logistics, Industrial Kitchens, R&D, etc.). o Lead the sales funnel from prospecting to negotiation and closure. Customer Engagement o Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners. o Understand customer pain points and translate them into technical solution proposals with the engineering team. o Deliver high-impact product demos, proposals, and presentations. o Communicate techno-commercial value effectively and close business Market Development o Analyze emerging market needs and competitive trends in intelligent robotics. o Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, pricing, and product positioning. o Represent Perceptyne at conferences, expos, and industry events (e.g., CES, ICRA, AutoExpo). Pipeline & Metrics o Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools. o Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report on sales performance to leadership. Qualifications Experience: Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or advanced hardware . Experience working with Automotive and Electronics customers is an advantage Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Science/ Robotics/Mechatronics). PhD, MBA is an added benefit. Skills & Requirements Experience Requirements: A BTech/MTech degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Design Engineering >7 years of experience designing and building mechanical systems Technical skill Requirements Strong intuition for relevant math & physics geometry, trigonometry, calculus kinematics, dynamics, and material properties Strong fundamentals of mechanical engineering applied mechanics, strength of materials, component sizing, linkages & mechanisms, DFM, manufacturing methods, GD&T.
