About The Role : Job Title: Senior Engineer (Product specialist Techno-functional product configuration/setup ) LocationPune, India Role Description As part of Client Access and Digital Experience tribe, Swift messaging team is responsible to maintain the product roadmap of various Swift interfacing product and services. Teams work with engineering mindset with various opportunities to play versatile role across squads. Teams are self-sufficient and responsible for product maintenance/upgrades/patching , Tech refresh, addressing TRC roadmap & audit assessments/remediations, regulatory and business changes. This role will provide opportunity to play a product specialist & techno-functional role for a squad with hands on expertise to work on design, development, E2E SDLC process and product maintenance. What we'll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that youll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Flexible working arrangements Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Work as Senior engineer , perform handson activities as part of Scrum team, own the design/development/configuration story or tasks Work within a squad(team) or across squads to analyze , review product artefacts/requirements Gain in depth knowledge and understanding of the application , vendor product, interfaces to assist the design/dev, solution phases Play active role in product configuration, setup , solution design, Infra assessment , coordination with Infra partners Apply the best practices from industry on product management, Agile, DevOps and SDLC process Ensure the product deliveries/releases timelines are met by delivering the stories/tasks with upmost quality Work with Application Owner & PO to assess/remediate the Risk, audit, compliance assessments Identify gaps and identify opportunities for test automation, DevOps Should demonstrate the willingness to work cross functional and to assist team in various phases of SDLC process Should be ready to take up roles as release management or application owner (ITAO) roles as additional responsibilities or rotational basis Your skills and experience 9-12 years hands on experience in application design/development/maintenance Handson experience of SWIFT messaging , payments, AML (sanctions), API based products Prior knowledge of some messaging, payments, AML products will be a value add.e.g. messaging products SWIFT SAA, AGI, Alliance products, SAG, GTX, payments or AML product Hands on experience in maintaining vendor products in distributed infrastructure e.g. Linux , Oracle database , JBOSS Hands on experience in building/ordering and maintaining infrastructure e.g. Linux, MQ, SSH, SFTP Hands on experience in application/product installation, configuration, build/deployment , release management Past experience in application governance, administration, audit assessment, application manager/owner Past experience in Java or OOP programming exp of 3-5 years will be a value add Knowledge of application integration SSH/MQ/kafka/API and interface security mechanism e.g. cipher/MAC Exposure in Agile, SDLC, release management process, application governance (application owner), application management Past experience of working in virtual and diverse team Excellent Communication skills, Proactive, coordination and inter personal skills Past experience in test automation, DevOps best practices will be value add The ideal candidate will also have Behavior Driven Development, particularly experience of how it can be used to define requirements in a collaborative manner to ensure the team builds the right thing and create a system of living documentation Good to have range of technologies that store, transport, and manipulate data, for exampleOracle, API, Kafka, application interface Will be Added Advantage if candidate has exposure to Architecture, design and development methodologies How we'll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
