Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Press Die Design

You will be responsible for independently handling process planning and solid modeling die design for press dies used in automobile's outer panels (such as door, roof, hood, fender, and side body outer) as well as inner panels (including door and high strength steel parts). Additionally, you will need to have basic knowledge of forming CAE, die face design, machining, assembly, trials to commissioning, sheet metal parts quality issues, and countermeasures for quality maturation in die design. - Design press dies for automobile's outer, inner, and HSS panels using software like UG NX. - Design Draw, Trim, Bend, Restrike dies. - Design cam dies with standard BOP cams and manufactured cams. - Design dies for Transfer and Crossbar Tandem presses. - Manage closure of all feedback with customers. - Provide Die Development support by having knowledge of manufacturing sequence, die trial, quality improvement, tooling materials, workshop practices, defect identification, countermeasure planning, and Press Dies Trials and proving. - Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / Diploma (Tool Design) - Graduation (With Specialization): Degree / Diploma from CIPET/Tool & Die making from TRTC, DITE, NTTF, CITD, CTTC, NTTF etc., or Degree in Mechanical/Production - Post Graduation (With Specialization): M.Tech (Tool Design) / Postgraduate diploma in Tool and Die Design/making,
