The role of Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for Press Die Design at MSIL, Gurgaon involves independently handling process planning and solid modeling die design for press dies used in automobile's Outer panels (Door, Roof, Hood, Fender, and Side Body Outer) as well as Inner panels (Door and High Strength Steel parts). You will be responsible for forming CAE & Die face design, machining, assembly & trials to commissioning, sheet metal parts quality issues, and implementing countermeasures for quality maturation in die design. Educational Qualifications: - BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / Diploma in Tool Design - Graduation (With Specialization): Degree / Diploma from CIPET / Tool & Die making from TRTC, DITE, NTTF, CITD, CTTC, NTTF, etc., or Degree in Mechanical/Production - Post Graduation (With Specialization): M.Tech (Tool Design) / Postgraduate diploma in Tool and Die Design/making Work Experience: - 4 - 6 Years (Diploma) / 2 - 5 Years (B.Tech) Key Responsibilities: - Designing Press Dies independently using UG NX software for automobile's Outer, Inner, and HSS panels including Draw, Trim, Bend, Restrike dies. - Designing cam dies with standard BOP cams & manufactured cams, and dies for Transfer & Crossbar Tandem presses. - Managing closure of all feedback with customers. - Providing Die Development support by having knowledge of manufacturing sequence, Die trial & quality improvement, tooling materials & workshop practices, identifying defects & suggesting countermeasure plans, and conducting Trials & proving of Press Dies. Desirable Competencies / Skills: - Proficiency in using software UG NX - Experience in the Automobile OEM industry would be preferred.,
