To arrange manpower as per shift plan and make adjustment as per requirement 3. Maintain Shift Records Example Die maint Log Book/ Machine Check Sheets/ OPS/ Work Instructions/ OJT 4. OJT given to new Joinees and review during Work 5.Patrol check during Shift and taking countermeasure in Case Abnormal working 6. making KAIZEN in shop floor 7. Die maint Plan vs Actual 8. Making die maint plan and taking countermeasure on Delay/ Advance 9. Follow up with production for smooth dies deliver after maintenance. 10. Documents Knowledge as per IATF 16949.
