Role Overview

Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and supervise daily site activities using Mivan technology.
• Prepare and monitor micro-schedules to ensure timely progress.
• Optimize resource utilization and control material consumption.
  

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Oversee shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and de-shuttering works.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality norms.
• Conduct inspections, mock-ups, and trial works before execution.
  

3. Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and MEP teams to resolve site issues.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors for uninterrupted workflow.
• Maintain DPRs, BBS, quality records, and site checklists.
  

4. Team Management

• Guide and monitor junior engineers, supervisors, and workmen.
• Provide training on safe Mivan operations and quality practices.
  

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and conduct safety briefings.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid incidents during construction.
  

6. Reporting & Monitoring

• Track milestones and highlight potential delays or risks.
• Submit MIS reports on project progress, productivity, and quality.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Mivan formwork technology

  in high-rise construction.
• Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret civil/structural drawings accurately.
• Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of IS codes and safety standards.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in high-rise residential construction
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred.
