Senior Engineer

You will be responsible for designing and developing robust, efficient, and real-time algorithms for the analysis and classification of Medical Images using cutting-edge techniques from Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning. Your focus will be on creating innovative solutions for problems related to Segmentation, Detection, classification, and quantification of high-resolution colored images, particularly for applications in Digital Pathology. Additionally, you will be designing efficient models in Machine Learning / Deep Learning to ensure accurate analysis and classification of High-resolution Images. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on the emerging trends in technology and apply them in your projects to achieve better results that may lead to publications and patents. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to explore new areas such as Expert Systems, Cognitive Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Computational Photography. As for the candidate profile, we are looking for individuals with a strong academic background such as a PhD, M. Tech., M.E., or M.C.A. preferably from CSE, IT, ECE, or EE background. Alternatively, candidates with a B. Tech. / B.E. degree with exceptional academic/professional knowledge in Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning are encouraged to apply. Experience with Medical Image Processing would be considered an added advantage. In terms of technical skills, you should have hands-on experience in developing and implementing Image Processing and Machine Learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Python, JAVA, etc., is essential. Moreover, experience in using Deep Learning frameworks and libraries is required, and understanding concepts of parallel architecture on GPU would be beneficial. Key skills that are important for this role include Image Processing, Segmentation, Pattern recognition, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Neural Network.
