Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ADAS systems, sensors, cameras, radar units, and associated electrical/electronic components.

Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC, SCADA, VFD, Servo Drives, and Robotics used in ADAS assembly and testing lines.

Ensure calibration and validation of ADAS equipment for compliance with OEM standards.

Maintain maintenance records, TPM documentation, and update SAP for work orders and spare parts management.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Support retrofit projects, upgrades, and automation improvements in ADAS systems.

Adhere to safety standards, 5S, and Kaizen practices in maintenance operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience: 5–8 years in automotive plant maintenance with exposure to ADAS or advanced electronic systems.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens), SCADA systems, VFDs, Servo Drives, and Robotics (Yaskawa, ABB).

Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, utility maintenance, and automation systems.

Familiarity with SAP for maintenance management and spare parts planning.

Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations effectively.

Preferred Competencies:

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of TPM, MTTR, MTBF analysis.

Basic understanding of AutoCAD and electrical schematics.

Strong communication and coordination skills
