**Job Description:** As a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical & RF Engineer at Plan A Technologies, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electrical and RF systems used in RFID-enabled casino table products. Your role is crucial in developing reliable, high-performance electronic systems by leveraging advanced engineering principles and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and manufacturability of hardware components, offering you room for significant career growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. - Establish performance metrics and goals aligned with company objectives, providing constructive performance evaluations. - Coach and enhance team capabilities for continuous improvement. - Oversee daily department workflow, assign tasks, and ensure productivity and accuracy. - Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members. - Design and develop electrical and RF circuitry for RFID casino table systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance. - Utilize engineering and design tools for schematics, PCB layouts, and simulations. - Conduct RF testing and validation for signal integrity, EMC, and antenna performance. - Direct prototyping, manufacturing, installation, testing, and support of hardware systems. - Analyze design specifications, identify engineering problems, and develop solutions. - Review completed installations to ensure conformance with safety standards. - Maintain detailed engineering documentation, test reports, and compliance certifications. - Contribute to project budgets and timelines by estimating costs. - Stay updated on emerging technologies in RF engineering and electronics. - Collaborate with other teams for successful product integration. - Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical and/or RF engineering with hands-on design experience. - Experience in complex engineering projects from concept to production. - Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. - Fluent in English language (verbal and written). - Ability to plan and execute work with initiative and drive. *Please Note: You must have at least 6+ years of experience in electrical and/or RF engineering, including hands-on design and validation experience, to be considered.* If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and career aspirations, we encourage you to apply and be part of Plan A Technologies - a software development and technology advisory firm dedicated to delivering top-tier engineering solutions globally.,
