Role Overview: As a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical & RF Engineer at Plan A Technologies, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electrical and RF systems used in RFID-enabled casino table products. Your role is crucial in developing reliable, high-performance electronic systems by applying advanced engineering principles and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and manufacturability of hardware components. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field required; Masters degree preferred. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical and/or RF engineering with hands-on design and validation experience. - Proven experience in complex engineering projects from concept to production. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Organized and analytical working style with the ability to plan your own work. - Initiative and drive to excel in your role.
