We are looking Senior Electrical Engineer for our Head Office Turbhe,Navi mumbai Lab of *Thyrocare Technologies Ltd.

Job Locations/Head Office : D-37/1, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai - 400703

Need experience candidate on General maintenance or Facility Management,

Preference -BE EEE candidates

Responsibilities are,

Take care of AC, UPS, DG and LIFT maintenance works, from the maintenance contract vendors,
Make a preventive maintenance planner of all utilities asset and keep track of them
Take care of urgent repair needs and emergencies,
Take care of vendor maintenance contract management,
Maintaining maintenance logs and records
Ensure cost-effective purchasing and usage of materials.
Assist in budgeting for maintenance expenses.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
