Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Electrical Engineer

to join our real estate construction team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, supervision, and maintenance of electrical works in residential and commercial projects. The role requires expertise in site execution, vendor management, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical works at construction sites (residential & commercial projects).
Plan, design, and review electrical layouts, load distribution, and cable routing.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, IS standards, and statutory regulations.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, lighting, wiring, fire alarm & CCTV systems, etc.).
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other MEP teams for project execution.
Verify BOQs, cost estimates, and approve vendor bills.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely project execution.
Conduct regular inspections for quality assurance and safety compliance.
Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and site electricians.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems in real estate/construction projects.
Hands-on experience in HT/LT systems, distribution panels, wiring, earthing, and ELV systems.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software.
Excellent site execution, vendor management, and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
6 10 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (based on experience).
