Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Abacus AEC BIM Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be playing a crucial role in a 4-month contractual assignment for a large-scale building development project in Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to lead electrical design and coordination activities, ensuring the integration of complex building systems while complying with local authority standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead electrical design and coordination activities for multi-disciplinary building projects. - Review and manage electrical drawings, calculations, and specifications. - Ensure compliance with local authority standards such as Kahramaa, QCD, GSAS, etc. - Collaborate effectively with architects, MEP teams, and BIM specialists to facilitate efficient project delivery. - Provide technical support and address any design or site-related electrical issues that may arise. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical design for large-scale building projects. - Strong knowledge of Doha/Dubai authority requirements like Kahramaa, QCD, GSAS. - Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Immediate availability for joining the project.
