About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced editorial professional to lead our hyperlocal content strategy across Hindi-speaking states. The ideal candidate should bring deep editorial expertise, a strong political sense, and an outstanding track record in high-volume story filing and desk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage hyperlocal content across Hindi regions with a sharp focus on political and election-related developments.
Drive impactful and engaging stories, ensuring accuracy, speed, and relevance.
Mentor and manage a team while contributing individually with a minimum of 100 stories/month.
Plan and execute content strategy around recurring political events and elections.
Maintain editorial excellence and coordinate with field teams for comprehensive news coverage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 12 years of solid experience in editorial desk operations.
Proven record in handling political and election-related news.
Strong leadership qualities with hands-on approach in content creation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output newsroom environment
