Senior Ecommerce Manager

As an experienced E-commerce Account Manager, your primary responsibility will involve managing relationships with leading e-commerce platforms such as Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Ajio, Vanity Wagon, and others. Your role will encompass ensuring optimal stock availability, coordinating revenue growth strategies, and collaborating with marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns. You will be expected to analyze sales data to identify trends and insights that will drive performance improvements. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing sales forecasts, monitoring performance on both BAU and peak sale days, and implementing region-specific strategies based on your findings. In terms of operations, you will manage stock projections on a quarterly and annual basis, while also driving merchandising strategies and implementing creative initiatives such as GWP (Gift with Purchase) campaigns. As the face of the brand for e-commerce stakeholders, you will work towards enhancing brand visibility and awareness through innovative online initiatives. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. You should have 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management or similar roles, along with proficiency in analyzing sales and inventory data to make informed decisions. A strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and online merchandising is crucial, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred skills include hands-on experience with platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, and Tata Cliq, as well as certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Fundamentals, EduPristine). Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and utilize tools like Excel and other analytics platforms will be advantageous in this role.
