Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior EBS Technical Lead to join our team at Atkins Global, with a strong background in technical leadership and expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of EBS projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on EBS technologies and best practices.
Develop and maintain complex EBS applications, including customizations and integrations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for EBS development and implementation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience in leading large-scale EBS projects from initiation to delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to design and implement scalable and secure EBS solutions.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
