As a potential candidate for the position, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Timely completion of your desk work - Setting clear team goals - Delegating tasks and setting deadlines - Monitoring team performance - Discovering training needs and providing coaching - Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential - Conducting quarterly performance reviews - Listening to team members feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts - Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments - Encouraging creativity and risk-taking - Suggesting and organizing team building activities In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following essential skills: - 5+ years of Web application development experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Web API or WPF, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS3 - Experience in MVC, Angular JS, bootstrap, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Web API - Proficiency in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting, and form creation - Knowledge of the .NET framework and its newest features - Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) - Experience in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions - Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming - Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently - Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources - Staying abreast of the development in the area of professional competence - Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with business and internal teams Additionally, the job type for this position is Full-time and the work location is in person.
