Senior Dot Net Developer

As a Team Leader, your role will involve ensuring timely completion of desk work, setting clear team goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines, monitoring team performance, and discovering training needs to provide coaching. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions to maximize the potential of team members, conducting quarterly performance reviews, listening to team members" feedback, resolving any issues or conflicts, recognizing high performance, rewarding accomplishments, encouraging creativity and risk-taking, and suggesting and organizing team building activities. Key Responsibilities: - Timely completion of desk work - Setting clear team goals - Delegating tasks and setting deadlines - Monitoring team performance - Discovering training needs and providing coaching - Conducting training sessions for team members - Conducting quarterly performance reviews - Listening to team members" feedback and resolving issues or conflicts - Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments - Encouraging creativity and risk-taking - Suggesting and organizing team building activities Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Web application development experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Web API, or WPF, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS3 - Experience in MVC, Angular JS, bootstrap, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Web API - Proficiency in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting, and form creation - Knowledge of the .NET framework and its newest features - Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs (REST, RPC) - Experience in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions - Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming - Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently - Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources - Stay abreast of developments in the area of professional competence - Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with business and internal teams Please note that the job type is full-time.
