Job Description

Job Purpose Coordinate the ongoing activities of the Cloud Services team, inclusive of oversight for the related IT project portfolio as well as ongoing incident response management for supported systems. Handle Cloud Infrastructure of Organization and evaluate new initiatives on cloud for IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS. Work closely with partners for SLA tracking and maintaining service delivery. Should be well verse with Oracle cloud platform Oversee and coordinate lifecycle management for all server and storage infrastructure architecture, business continuance and service restoration strategies, and ongoing roadmap for remote access services and financial systems platforms. Participate as a member of the IT Infrastructure & Operations management team in creating and maintaining the governance processes of the organizations infrastructure architecture, networks, communications systems and client engineering. Work closely with other IT managers to develop IT infrastructure strategies, lead the migration to new technologies, and address ongoing operational needs throughout the firm. Continually evaluate the current state of the firms Cloud architecture. Contribute to the design and execution of the enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan. Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to key business stakeholders. Record and maintain accurate incident and change records and logs related to Cloud Infrastructure. Ensure daily Operations Job like backups and actively involved in upgrade, maintenance activities Ensure equipment and software operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations. Implement and coordinate the creation of technical service procedures, policies, and manuals. Act as an escalation point for the technical issues pursued within the BFL Services team. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain OCI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance Implement security and compliance measures for OCI environment Monitor and resolve technical issues related to OCI services Plan and execute OCI upgrades and migrations Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions Develop and maintain documentation for OCI environment Stay up to date with OCI updates and changes Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum qualification required is Engineering Graduate with an experience of more than 4 years. Strong knowledge of OCI technologies and services Experience with cloud operations and management Knowledge of security and compliance standards for cloud environments Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Good communication and collaboration skills Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell or Python OCI certifications preferred
