Senior Document Controller

As the Document Controller at the construction site, your responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a comprehensive document control system for all project-related documents such as contract agreements, correspondence, diaries, drawings, reports, site order books, bills, and invoices. You will serve as the primary point of contact with the QA/QC Engineer for coordinating these activities and manage the company's document portals in alignment with the contract and project scope. Additionally, you will be responsible for systematically tracking, maintaining, and archiving project documents and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for future reference and client handover. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience. It is crucial to have an understanding of your individual capabilities and technical proficiency, coupled with proficiency in written and spoken English. Effective communication skills will be advantageous in fulfilling your duties.
