Job Description

As a Lead Technology Consultant in the Financial Services domain at Guidehouse, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, from strategy through execution - Develop solution offerings that meet market demands, create new solutions, establish guidelines, common protocols, and identify opportunities - Demonstrate solution building abilities including understanding customer solutions, solution development, and solution execution planning - Guide and monitor execution teams to deliver promised solutions to outcomes - Identify and implement overall program improvements for clients - Effectively leverage project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching - Manage and develop team members in the Technology Team - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, cloud adoption, data strategy, and emerging technologies - Perform detailed financial, economic, and statistical analysis - Be accountable for the service offerings financial performance and meeting the financial budgets Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters or bachelors Degree from an accredited college - 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting company - Experience in managing client relationships and deliverables in Financial Services domain - Proven track record of selling, securing, and delivering complex technology projects - Experience managing large teams in a global delivery model - Strong understanding of the technology requirements and how to modernize - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience in developing, mentoring, and managing teams - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Willingness to travel on a need basis Nice to have qualifications include: - Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizations - Strong negotiation and influencing abilities - Driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a result-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills About Guidehouse: Guidehouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a comprehensive total rewards package including competitive compensation and flexible benefits.
