Senior Director - Strategy & Insights

As a part of WPP Media, you will be contributing to the global media collective that aims to bring the best platforms, people, and partners together to create limitless growth opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Partnerships, you will play a vital role in applying business growth models and marketing frameworks to design custom marketing roadmaps for brands, ensuring ambitious business growth in both short and long terms. Your responsibilities will involve demonstrating a deep understanding of brand challenges, consumers, cultural trends, and regional nuances. You will interpret data outputs and drive storytelling to develop end-to-end briefs for brands, collaborating with diverse specialist teams to curate and enhance their ideas. This role also entails mentoring the team to work proactively on briefs within deadlines and communicating emerging opportunities to client teams. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to work under pressure and dissect complex brand, market, competitive, and internal data to build brand strategy and achieve brand goals. Expertise in tools like TGI, GWI, and AOP, along with experience in media and platforms, will be beneficial. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for presenting a compelling strategic narrative to diverse audiences and gaining stakeholder buy-in through persuasion and negotiation.
