As the Senior Director of Solution Development, you will lead an organization of Solution Developers in India, focusing on building the next generation of product demos, including generative AI applications and foundational services. Your role involves attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in Hyderabad to support the professional growth of the team. You will partner with executives to define and build demos that provide faster time to value for the Solution Engineering community. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement pivotal initiatives, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities. Present data and insights to senior executives effectively. - **Talent Development:** Recruit and retain top talent in Hyderabad, expanding the team's footprint rapidly while maintaining quality. - **Operational Excellence:** Lead day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality, reliable industry demo assets. Enhance team skills in industry, product, and project management. - **Inspire & Innovate:** Motivate the team to drive their careers to their fullest potential. Push technology limits to deliver best-in-class demos and SE Agents. - **Cross-Functional Relationship Building:** Foster collaborative relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Partner with Product and Solutions leaders to align on strategy and priorities. - **Strong Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making:** Utilize analytics to drive business strategy, measure performance, and optimize processes. Translate complex data into actionable insights. - **Proactive and Results-Oriented:** Take initiative, lead new projects, and focus on delivering results with a self-motivated and resourceful approach. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Prior experience developing on Salesforce - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong project management skills - Growth mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work in a resource-constrained environment - Self-starter with the ability to work within a distributed team - Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and analytic capabilities - Proficiency in Google slides, sheets, Salesforce, and Tableau reporting **Preferred Requirements:** - Prior 2nd-line management experience - Leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams - Experience as a leader for Solution Developers, Demo Architects, and Software Engineers - Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, and Certified Platform App Builder This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand the Solution Development footprint in India and lead initiatives that will shape the future of Salesforces Solutions Center of Excellence.
