Senior Director, Solution Development

As the Senior Director of Solution Development, you will lead an organization of Solution Developers in India to build the next generation of product demos, including generative AI applications and foundational services. Your role will involve attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in Hyderabad, India, while supporting their professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement pivotal initiatives. Present data and insights to senior executives in a clear and compelling manner. Balance long-term vision with short-term priorities and drive execution at scale. - Talent Development: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent in Hyderabad. Expand the team's footprint rapidly while maintaining quality. - Operational Excellence: Lead day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality, reliable industry demo assets. Develop the team's industry, product, and project management skills. - Inspire & Innovate: Empower and motivate the team to be top performers. Push technology limits to deliver best-in-class capabilities to customers. Build and deliver SE Agents to the field. - Cross-Functional Relationship Building: Establish collaborative relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Partner with Product and Solutions leaders to align on strategy and priorities. - Strong Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics to drive business strategy, measure performance, and optimize processes. Distill complex data into actionable insights. - Proactive and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and focused on delivering results.
