Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead supplier strategy with regional managers, driving the P&L
  • Grow supplier networks in new regions and strengthen existing ones
  • Negotiate better pricing and improve cost structures
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to build smarter tools
  • Co-create long-term transport plans with business and client teams
  • Increase adoption of our Axle App for real-time bidding and visibility
  • Track performance and drive continuous improvements
  • Create scalable, efficient processes across the board
  • Lead and grow a high-performing supplier management team

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Strong in Program management, can handle multiple projects at once
  • A strong commercial mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage supplier networks and drive operational excellence
  • Great communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Data-savvy and comfortable working with tools and analytics
