About the Role
Product Leader for Revenue & Growth
You'll be responsible to build a single, unified growth function, ensuring seamless user journeys, unified data flows, and measurable impact across every stage of the funnel and unlock next wave of growth for PW.

What You'll Own:
Lead the unified Revenue & Growth charter
for PW's main app - owning metrics like signup success, activation rate, free-to-paid conversion, and renewal.- Own and improve
core growth KPIs
, including: Acquisition Metrics:
Signup success rate, CAC efficiencyActivation Metrics:
First session success, early engagement milestonesConversion Metrics:
Free-to-paid conversion, checkout completion, funnel drop-offsMonetization Metrics:
ARPU, upsell %, renewal rates, LTV/CAC ratio- Architect scalable systems for:
Conversion Optimization:

Unify and lead all revenue product charters
(SalesTech, Monetization, MarTech) under a single strategic vision.
What You Bring:
10+ years of Product Management experience
, with at least 5+ years leading Growth, Monetization, or Conversion product teams
at scale (1M+ MAU B2C preferred).- Proven success in improving
signup success, activation, conversion, and retention
in high-scale consumer products. - Deep experience in
growth experimentation, funnel analytics, pricing, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in
A/B and multivariate testing
, with a solid grasp of metrics, cohort analysis, statistical significance, and funnel diagnostics.
- Strong product sense for
user motivation, purchase behavior, and monetization psychology.
- Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills - aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams toward unified growth goals.
- Strategic yet execution-oriented mindset - able to balance long-term growth bets with rapid, iterative experimentation.
- Experience leading high-performance PM teams, fostering ownership and measurable impact.
Good to Have:
Working knowledge / Exposure to SEO, CRM systems, lead intelligence models, or counseling workflow optimization.
