Senior Director- Information Security

As an Engineering graduate with 15-20 years of experience in IT/OT Security, including at least 7 years in leadership roles, your expertise in building security strategy and incident response at scale will be invaluable. Your exposure to large, diversified conglomerates with global operations and proven track record in the Pharma industry are essential for this role. In this position, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading Cyber Defence efforts encompassing Cloud Security, End Point Security, Threat Detection & Response, Threat Intelligence & Hunting, Application Security, and Vulnerability Management. - Developing cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and programs by defining the long-term cybersecurity vision aligned with business and digital transformation goals. You will establish and govern enterprise security architecture standards across IT, OT, cloud, and applications. - Driving group-wide programs such as Zero Trust, cloud security, and OT/ICS security modernization. - Managing Data Security & Privacy initiatives including Web Security, Engineering Incident/Request Resolution, DLP Incident Response & Resolution, Privacy Compliance, Data Classification, and Privacy. - Overseeing Risk and Compliance activities, as well as Awareness and Training programs. - Demonstrating expertise in AWS & Azure security controls, CSPM, CIEM, encryption, and shared responsibility models. - Utilizing your experience in working with Regulators such as FDA and CERT-In for added advantage. Your qualifications should include excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with Cybersecurity Frameworks & Standards, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to achieve security objectives.
