Senior Digital Sales Specialist

Role Overview: You will join Dow as a Senior Digital Sales Specialist in the Packaging & Specialty Plastics team based in Istanbul, Trkiye. Your main responsibility will be to lead the digital transformation in customer engagement, delivering a seamless experience that fosters growth and long-lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong customer relationships using digital channels and virtual partnerships. - Increase market share in alignment with strategic guidelines and qualify innovation grades. - Serve as a Dow.com ambassador and encourage customer adoption of the platform. - Lead price and volume negotiations, communicate product availability, and manage lead times. - Collect market intelligence and customer insights. - Identify and onboard new customers through market scouting and lead management. - Nurture leads into opportunities by triaging, routing, developing, and closing. - Maintain critical commercial tools such as forecasting, pricing, and CRM. - Stay updated on new technology and support testing to optimize commercial tools.
