Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Management:

Lead end-to-end proposal development for automation and artificial lift systems.
Analyze RFQs, prepare technical and commercial offers, and ensure timely submission.

Technical Expertise:

Able to estimate engineering hours for solutions involving SCADA, PLC, RTU, and IIoT platforms.
ProvideDigital Solution Proposalfor digital oil field mainly articial lift methods i.e. ESP, PCP, SRP, GL etc.

Costing & Estimation:

Prepare detailed cost sheets, cashflow, resource allocation, and engineering effort estimates.

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with sales teams and clients to clarify technical requirements.
Participate in technical discussions and negotiations.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure proposals meet industry standards, client specifications, and internal quality processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in proposal engineering for
oil & gas automation projects.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of
Artificial Lift Systems
(ESP, SRP, PCP, Gas Lift).
Expertise in
SCADA, PLC, RTU, and IIoT
solutions.
