Job Description:

KITSS is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running successful ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and control budgets effectively.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for ads.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
• Work with the creative/content team to design engaging ad copies and creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure lead generation goals and performance KPIs are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on paid ads.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
