We're hiring a senior specialist to own our analytics, optimize conversions, and manage our martech stack. You will be responsible for turning data from Google Analytics 4 into actionable strategies that directly increase e-commerce revenue and improve user experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic thinker.
• Own our Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, from data integrity to building insightful reports and dashboards.
• Lead our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy by planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to improve key e-commerce funnels.
• Manage and optimize our Mar-tech stack, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), to ensure efficient data collection and campaign support.
• Analyze and report on core e-commerce KPIs (AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate) to provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and CRO, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Proven track record of running successful A/B tests and managing a data-driven CRO program.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business actions.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) or CDPs is a major plus.
