This team is working with a high freedom to operate in a self-organized setup and is responsible for tackling the cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure challenges of the healthcare industry while enabling high-velocity product development. The Position Join the DHF Product line as a Senior DevOps Engineer and become an integral part of the Analytics-IT Product team . In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure, automation, and security processes . You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance deployment efficiency, scalability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Automation Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS: EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway). Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible . Automate cloud account provisioning and security enforcement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. CI/CD DevOps Practices Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Implement DevOps best practices for secure, high-velocity software delivery . Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient deployment processes . Security Compliance Implement DevSecOps principles and identity and access management (IAM) . Manage secrets and access controls (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault). Conduct vulnerability assessments and security automation . Monitoring Incident Management Set up logging and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch). Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues , ensuring high availability . Participate in incident response and root cause analysis . Collaboration Leadership Work cross-functionally to support product development teams . Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices . Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Who You Are You are passionate about technology, reliability, and operational excellence . You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to innovate. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering . Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP . Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go). Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD). Strong knowledge of networking, security, and observability . Preferred Qualifications Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). Hands-on experience with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) . AWS Certifications (Developer, Solution Architect, SysOps) or Kubernetes Certifications. Who we are "
