Senior Devops Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as a key liaison between Agile teams and infrastructure operations, providing input at team meetings
• Lead technical delivery of DevOps infrastructure and operations in collaboration with Agile teams
• Build, integrate, and maintain tools, applications, and infrastructure that support development and testing
• Manage and improve CI/CD processes, environments, and tools
• Increase automation footprint by reviewing and automating existing practices
• Troubleshoot issues across all environments in the delivery lifecycle
• Coach teams on DevOps tools and patterns, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Define and implement technical improvements to support the software delivery lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and performance standards in system design
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies

What We Look For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software development
• Proven expertise in CI/CD processes, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong proficiency in containerization technologies and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Java)
• Advanced knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical improvements
• Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
