Senior Devops Engineer

DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable

  AWS infrastructure

  following industry best practices.
• Develop, manage, and optimize

  CI/CD pipelines

  for continuous integration and deployment.
• Ensure

  high availability, performance, and security

  of the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as

  Terraform

  or

  CloudFormation

  .
• Manage

  Kubernetes clusters

  and containerized applications using Docker and EKS.
• Continuously optimize AWS service costs and resource utilization.
  
• Implement robust

  security controls

  and compliance policies (IAM, VPC, WAF, etc.).
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline and enhance DevOps workflows.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3.5+ years

  of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise across key

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Proficiency with

  Infrastructure as Code

  (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong scripting skills in

  Bash, Python

  , or similar languages.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as

  Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD

  , etc.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
  
• Deep understanding of

  AWS security best practices

  and architecture.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with

  e-commerce platforms

  and understanding their scaling challenges.
• Knowledge of

  serverless architectures

  (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with

  database systems

  such as RDS, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
