This position is based in Pune. **Purpose of the role:** The purpose of this role is to apply software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response to ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems, platforms, and technology. **Accountabilities:** 1. Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of systems and services through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning. 2. Resolve, analyze, and respond to system outages and disruptions, implementing measures to prevent recurrence. 3. Develop tools and scripts for automating operational processes, reducing manual workload, increasing efficiency, and improving system resilience. 4. Monitor and optimize system performance and resource usage, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and implementing best practices for performance tuning. 5. Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability, scalability, and performance best practices into the software development lifecycle and ensure smooth operations. 6.
