Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at DHL IT Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of DHL packages worldwide while maintaining the security of customer data. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing second/third level day-to-day operational support and investigating incidents that were not resolved in lower support levels. - Collaborating with other IT support teams and specialists to troubleshoot complex issues related to firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and technologies. - Serving as a superhero for any telecommunication/security systems issues within the DHL Group environment. - Managing, proposing, and implementing necessary changes to production security devices in all IT Services Data Centers and premises for global availability of key DHL Group services. - Supporting security technologies such as Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be expected to have expertise in ForgeRock, Java development, and Azure Cloud services. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a multinational environment that requires cross-region collaboration. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication with global teams.
