About the Role

We are building a next-generation, AI-driven enterprise platform that leverages cloud, automation, and generative AI to transform how organizations operate.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Cloud, CI/CD automation, containerization, and microservices to design and manage the platform’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience enabling scalable, secure, and AI-ready architectures that support rapid innovation and seamless software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage highly available cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (VMs, AKS, ACR, Networking, Security).
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for microservices and AI-based applications.
• AI-Driven Platform Enablement: Collaborate with AI/ML and development teams to integrate generative AI modules into production environments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform/ARM templates.
• Containerization: Deploy and manage microservices with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Version Control: Manage code repositories, workflows, and governance in GitHub (branching, PR reviews, security).
• Monitoring & Security: Implement observability solutions (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and enforce security best practices.
• DevOps Evangelism: Drive adoption of DevOps and cloud-native best practices across engineering teams.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed, AI-enabled microservices environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer / SRE / Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, ACR, Networking, Security, Key Vault).
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Expert in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Groovy.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and scalability principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Ansible, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure setups for generative AI workloads.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
