Senior Developer / Team Leader MERN Stack

As a Senior Developer/Team Lead in MERN Stack based in Hyderabad, your role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will be responsible for setting coding standards and architecture guidelines to design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using MERN Stack and React Native. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver projects successfully. Additionally, you will need to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and developing web and mobile applications using MERN Stack and React Native - Set coding standards and architecture guidelines for scalable solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA, M.Tech, MCA, MS/M.Sc in relevant fields - Proficiency in MERN Stack, experience with React Native and RESTful APIs - Strong knowledge of database management and optimization - Leadership and team management experience - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good-to-have Skills: - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Docker or Kubernetes - Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Understanding of UI/UX design and user-centric development If you believe you are a suitable candidate for this position, please share your CV at sathyavaisravan222@gmail.com.,
