- Implement and maintain in-house systems.
- Define and manage technical requirements for development projects.
- Hands-on systems development, implementation, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, escalating significant issues to the CIO as necessary.
- Communicate project status effectively and in a timely manner to all levels of management.
- Issue appropriate documentation and identify work process improvements.
- 10+ years of development experience working on complex projects
- Knowledge of the MS stack, MS SQL, Power BI, and Azure
- Proficient in using Microsoft O365 Suite and other data entry software
- Experience developing products for mobile device implementations.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or financial systems preferred.
- Ability to travel 10% 20%.
