Senior Developer - EDI

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with strong expertise in EDI/B2B integrations. This role involves working closely with global teams, contributing to critical integration projects, and gradually taking on customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement EDI/B2B integration solutions based on business and customer requirements.
• Develop custom business solutions and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with US teams during overlapping hours to support project discussions, escalations, and hand-offs.
• Gradually take on customer-facing calls to discuss requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support solution delivery.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 47 years of software development experience, with proven expertise in EDI/B2B implementation.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and integration processes.
• Extensive experience in software integration and successful project implementations.
• Hands-on experience with mapping, translation, and B2B integration tools.
• Experience working with external customers and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data formats (XML, JSON, flat files).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.

Work Environment

• Hybrid model: 23 days a week in office (India location).
• Flexibility to partially overlap with US working hours for collaboration.
