Job Description

You have experience in building call center / collaboration / telephony platforms in a Cloud or On-Premises environment. Additionally, you have hands-on experience building Bots using Google DF Platform and integrating with Genesys PureCloud or any IVR system. You also have experience using Google DF and REST API for building the Bots. Furthermore, you have working experience in Google dialog workflows for interaction and routing. In terms of development, you have experience in Java and node.js, which are must for Integration. You have also worked on integrating to Core platforms for Self-services in IVR, Bot, etc., by developing REST API's using Node JS. Knowledge in Contact center technologies (including CRM and WFM) would be an added advantage for this role. Moreover, you have experience in DevOps deployment pipes in MS Azure or AWS, which is a must for this role. Experience in Agile frameworks, storyboards, and projects would be an added advantage. You also possess knowledge of various components of Google CCAI. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-7 years of experience - Proficiency in Java and node.js - Experience in building Bots using Google DF Platform - Knowledge of REST API and Google dialog workflows - Familiarity with integrating to Core platforms for Self-services in IVR, Bot, etc. - Understanding of Contact center technologies, including CRM and WFM - Experience in DevOps deployment in MS Azure or AWS - Knowledge of Agile frameworks and storyboards Please note: Any additional details of the company were not included in the job description.,
