SENIOR DESIGNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

As a Senior Designer cum Customer Service Executive at Mouktika Style and Design Private Limited, located in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative vision and commercial success of our collections. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and designing seasonal collections in line with brand identity and market trends for individual customers. - Developing detailed sketches, CADs, and technical specifications for sampling. - Selecting fabrics, trims, colors, and finishes that balance creativity with cost-effectiveness. - Working closely with sampling and production teams to ensure high-quality execution. - Meeting customers to style and design at their location, conducting trials, and addressing any customer issues. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Completing QC checks before and after sampling. - Building merchandise plans to achieve targeted sales, margins, and inventory turns. - Analyzing consumer trends and competitor activities to inform design and merchandising decisions. - Coordinating with sourcing teams, vendors, and manufacturers for timely development and delivery. - Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling product stories and campaigns. - Presenting collections to customers, buyers, and key accounts with strong storytelling. - Ensuring seamless communication between design, production, and sales teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters Degree in Fashion and Merchandising from a reputed Institute. - Proficiency in Digital CAD, CLO 3D, and Tech Packs. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Fluency in English and Hindi. - Willingness to travel to customer locations for work. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling design and customers.
