Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to execution for upcoming hotel and hospitality developments.
• Prepare space plans, mood boards, detailed drawings, 3D renders, material and FF&E specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal architecture, MEP, and project execution teams to ensure design feasibility and integration.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors during various design stages and site execution, for material, furniture, and fit-out implementation.
• Ensure adherence

  international hotel brand standards and local statutory codes

• Optimize material selection and layouts with an eye on cost-efficiency and value engineering.
• Maintain quality and design integrity from

  concept to site execution

• Manage site-level design supervision, quality control, and snag list closures.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in

  interior design

  , with at least 3+ years in

  hospitality interiors (hotels, resorts, premium clubhouses, etc.)

  .
• Strong command over design tools:

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, MS Office

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  luxury materials, finishes,

  lighting layouts, functional space planning and

  FF&E

  relevant to hospitality interiors.
• Well-versed with

  BOQ preparation, working drawings, value engineering

  , and

  vendor coordination

• Understanding of

  MEP services

  and ability to align design with technical services.
• Ability to work with

  hotel operators, brand consultants, and project stakeholders

  .
• Excellent sense of

  aesthetic, spatial design, and guest-centric planning

  .
• Familiarity with brand standards of leading hotel chains (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Taj, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  on-site execution

  , especially in renovation or retrofit hospitality projects.
• Experience in both new build and renovation projects in the

  hospitality domain

• Strong communication, site coordination, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Exposure to

  green building concepts
